Certificate, profile, then device

Follow the four steps in order. SmileNet does not negotiate IKE in the browser. Android uses Smile US (Android), type IKEv2/IPSec MSCHAPv2. Smile US is the old PSK profile. StrongSwan .sswan is for the Fire Stick only.
